• If a product arrives damaged we offer a full refund.
• Timing: We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the day you receive the product.
• For refund eligibility, the goods must be unopened, unused, not damaged and proof of purchase must be presented to us.
• For a refund, contact us via email at support@majesticmeadow.co with the subject "Return/Refund" and provide us with your order number, name, and reason for return.
• You can request a refund using a sample cancellation form. We recommend our customers to include a tracking number with the return shipment to avoid any unpleasant situations.
• Please note that the customer must pay for the shipping of the returned goods.
• After we receive and inspect the product, the customer will receive a confirmation email and be notified of the status of the return.
• Once the return has been confirmed, the refund will be put into effect and the funds will be returned to the customer's credit card, or alternate payment provider account (of their choosing).
